About the project
The apartment owner was interested in security solutions, but after becoming familiar with the home automation possibilities, chose comprehensive home automation solutions. Within the scope of this project, we automated the apartment’s lighting and heating systems, as well as added security solutions with water and gas leak prevention systems
Our Approach and Solution
Since Karen had lived for many years in a traditional environment, we decided to create the easiest and most efficient control system that would allow enjoying all smart solutions without unnecessary technical complexities and derive maximum pleasure. Our specialists complemented the apartment with smart scenarios tailored to the homeowner’s preferences.
Personalized Lighting Solutions
Smart lighting was installed in the home, which adjusts its modes depending on the time of day, mood, and the homeowner’s voice commands. When the homeowner wants to read, they simply say, “Alisa, turn on reading mode,” and if they want to watch a movie, they say, “Alisa, turn on movie mode.”
Smart Curtain Control
Mornings in this apartment start in a more special way. Every day, as the sun’s rays begin to illuminate the red rooftops of Gyumri, the curtains open automatically, allowing the homeowner to wake up to the natural sunlight.
Smart Air Quality and Temperature Control
The cold winters and cool summers of Gyumri will no longer be a problem for this smart home. The apartment’s temperature is stably controlled by smart sensors that analyze external conditions and ensure optimal warmth.
